- Danny crosses paths with Sonny Le, a criminal from a previous case, when he investigates a gang attack with a shocking motive. Also, Frank and Mayor Chase butt heads over an off-duty cop who goes too far making a political statement; Anthony worries Erin's DA campaign could be threatened by her ex-husband Jack's unsavory business connections; and Jamie investigates a potentially dirty officer whose identity may be close to home.—Tawrens
- Jamie's boss makes him investigate Luis Badillo, whose phone records with a criminal may indicate he might be a dirty cop. Jamie finds that the criminal is merely trying to frame Luis, who arrested the man several times, hence reports that the officer is innocent, having never contacted the fiend himself. Danny crosses paths with criminal Sonny Le from a previous case (episode 12#7 "USA Today"), whose gang beats up a seemingly innocent man. This time Sonny's crew played vigilante on the victim, who had preyed upon and violently attacked several Vietnamese women. An off-duty cop incessantly films and questions mayor Peter Chase, much like how citizens harass cops, leading Frank to clash with Chase, again. Also, Anthony worries that Jack's renewed relationship with Erin may harm the latter's DA campaign due to some of his shadier clients. Learning the truth, Erin breaks up with Jack again.—KGF Vissers
