Greg Sanders...returns when?
CinemaSound6 January 2023
Warning: Spoilers
I watched this episode to see my favorite CSI character Greg Sanders (Eric Szmanda) return to the series. I am disappointed there was only a name drop, but I guess I'll take it for now. I am really looking forward to his return, when is that exactly? Hopefully the writing gets better and they get back to the science instead of the unbelievable, poorly written/executed love affairs. Thanks for keeping another fan favorite character Catherine Willows (Marg Helgenberger) on the show, but shouldn't she have been in this episode being a blood splatter expert? More science (do your research!) and way less soap opera drama please. Greggo to the front of my tv screen pronto.

High School drama group..

It is disappointing to see a show that was on the level of the original CSI, being one of the most watched shows, going down the tubes to this level.. what once was an A+ class investigative, action entertainment is now degraded to a comedy, and that with poor acting.. I sometimes want to laugh at some of this and other times just shake my head in disbelieve.. this must now be the worst rated show in America.. only reason they are making it is because they are riding on the name of 'CSI', and this is just sad.. but I will continue watching in the hopes of either the writers, the producers, or the actors become better at it.. or just maybe the return of the original crew..

Another bad episode.

This was just another bad episode. Once again, if a high government official was a victim of a crime like the one in this episode, even the CIA wouldn't be swabbing eyeballs looking for a particular disease. Sheesh! The story lines are so unbelievable that it's like watching a comedy. I honestly laugh at how the crime was committed and solved. Plus that Paula Newsome is the worst actress. Her tone and know it all attitude in every episode is very off-putting. Her character is written as a perfect know it all, when in reality, it's a character and actress who is just the opposite of confident and self assured.
