It's okay
kteameren16 February 2023
It's Good entertainment but essentially they just brought in people from every other Netflix reality tv show, cast members from the circle, love is blind, too hot to handle etc. No one's there for love it's strictly entertainment and for previous Netflix cast members to be apart of another show. I personally love dating shows but this just felt artificial but it was entertaining :)

Requires a certain amount of characters for this review so ... Idk why Bartise from love is blind is in the show, he's ridiculous I can't stand him lololol his hair really does it for my goofy lookin boy it should be illegal.

Is Netflix in lack of new face?
ploy-940871 March 2023
I feel sick that they are recycling people from old reality Tv shows, and thats what made the show pretty fake. It could be a lot better if we have a chance to see some new faces here. Why all those people keep finding love from shows to shows? It doesn't make sense. It's not a reality show anymore. It looks like they only join in to polish their name and Netflix is lazy enough to give them the tool. The content is not that bad but their choice of people made it look like a fake and dramatized shows.

Rather than a love show, they should call it recycled and fake shows for fake people. All the challenges lack creativity.

waaaaay over rated
shirlone22 February 2023
Netflix has better dating shows than this one on it to watch such as Love Is Blind, The ultimatum and others. I have never seen such a cutthroat dating show than what this one is. You lost me when Francesca came on it- I can't stand her. I think that it's a show where the rejects from all the Netflix reality shows came on it. The one person who was totally real on this was Dom and Francesca did him wrong. Shayne is annoying and I was glad that they sent Chase and Nick home. If you like Netflix's reality dating shows stilck with Love is Blind. For me it seems less scripted and more down to earth. I would skip Perfect Match.

It's Okay, But...
Amelia40525 March 2024
Season One:

I didn't mind the show. I like some of the people here. However, can we please stop giving Francesca air time? She's garbage. Another Kartrashian wannabe. She is so full of herself & only cares about herself. How many shows does she have to go on to prove she can't be trusted & nobody wants her???

I LOVE Daddy Nick & his "big Nick energy" from The Circle, as well as Joey Sasso. Shayne from Love Is Blind is a good-lookin man & I adore him, but it's funny he says he doesn't want drama when he IS the drama.

Do I think any of these couples are actually a Perfect Match & will make it out in the real world? Not really. But if you enjoy these Netflix reality romance/comp shows, it's entertaining.

Just please stop with Francesca. We've had enough!

Super chaotic
kailynnmh1 March 2023
This show was just SO chaotic. I love a good dating reality show, and this just felt super unorganized. By the end, I don't think I was rooting for a single couple, and the drama was only mildly entertaining.

Also all of the men on this show were super cringy!! Some of them are super manipulative, and others just honestly need to go to therapy. I personally don't find it super entertaining to watch people with serious personal emotional issues try to "find love" and struggle on reality TV.

Also, many of the couples had relationships with each other prior to the show, and it was clearly orchestrated to use that past drama in the show. Wasn't a huge fan of that aspect.

Too boring to handle
vrg-7639518 February 2023
I love trashy reality but this show is just awfully boring. Everyone is there to promote their OF or boost their instagram profile. The challenges are what we saw in other shows so many times, dialogues are boring. The only reason to watch it is if you are really into one of the contestants, as all of them are from other Netflix shows (The Circle, Too Hot to Handle, LIB), but even though I really like Francesca, in this show she's not nearly as fun as she was in THTH.

Everyone looks uninterested and tired.

Tldr: the show lacks authenticity and is made to recycle the same old Netflix reality stars.

Francesca u suck! And u where dissing on savannah!
lme30122-279-66506727 February 2023
Francesca please! Dom your fault! Fran was dissing savannah for doing what the show is about but than took a date with guy! Please girl! U r so fake! U where just hating cause someone else showed interest in dom. Idk why guys just fall head over heels. She so shallow! And some of the contestants r ugly. I'm not even hot like that and I think .... Barf! I guess beauty is definitely in the eye of the beholder. Smarts is ridculous dumb. Showing beauty is only skin deep with some! Savannah his loss. Dom deserves the L! A bunch of so called beauties with no Brian's. Not all then. Some of them I really like!

most of the men are very immature/unstable
bpaulsen-1087222 February 2023
I understand this is a reality show, it's purely for entertainment, and does not matter BUT.. most of the men are PAINFUL to watch. Joey Sasso has manipulative/abusive energy, gaslights the heck out of Karoselle, and all around is so emotionally immature.

Shane from Love is blind is psychotic, the man is OFF and again, is NOT mature enough to be on these shows.

Nick was pretty aggressive the first night and does not understand social cues, but i think he will level out.

Truly, the show is painful, but I know that is not surprising.

Also, it is kind of confusing what the game is and the end goal? 'Are you the one?' on MTV made so much more sense but this one is a bit more muddy. Clearly they are just banking on the drama along the way rather than the competition of it.

It's also pretty boring.

If you love Netflix reality shows you will love this! 💗
uzkngeweb20 February 2023
Every flirt and attention loving creature from the Circle, the Circle France, Too hot to handle, Love is blind, Sexy beasts, The Mole and more Netflix shows are here!

Everyone you wanted to check upon and also the ones you never hoped to see again...

Do not expect a real "looking for love" show, just enjoy the ride of drama, partner changing/mixing, flirts etc.

Set in a stunning villa with beachy surroundings they have to do idiotic challenges to prove they know each other best and are the perfect match.

Nick Lachey is a relaxed host and isn't taking it all to seriously.

Can't wait for the rest of the episodes to come available.

"Everyone is here to find "love"" says Nick Lachey without even convincing himself
mili_33318 February 2023
Warning: Spoilers
It's not good at all !! It looks like the laziest reality TV show out there; I feel the editing was soooo easy.

Put together a group of late 20's- early 30's looking for their second 5 minutes of fame, while lounging by the pool, drinking (a lot of booze) and pretending they want to "commit" and find love, until something shinier, prettier or more muscular shows up... The drama and the "betrayal" writes itself up. The most memorable in the first 4 episode is the catty scene Francesca makes for Dom to Savannah, just to drop him like a used tissue the next day!

Let's just say I am not holding my breath for a "Perfect Match"; even Nick Lachey doesn't look convinced.

The moment I saw Shane I knew it was over.
diaz-karina11218 February 2023
I can't stand that guy so annoying. He had a strong relationship going in love is blind. Threw it all away for double dating. Nothing is real. None of this people are serious about a relationship if you want Only fans and instagram promotion just name it like that looking to boost my of. Everyone has being with everyone at some point. It's been a while I have seen a show with Someone decent. The bachelor with Sean and Catherine is as real as it gets. I haven't seen chemistry like that in a while. I'll give it a first season but I know Shane would never be honest. People never change that is reality.

Waste of time and clickbait. Most of the ppl in the show did not deserve these publicity
flottdi9 March 2023
It seems to have nothing to do with finding a perfect match. They keep circling around problematic Netflix stars. Don't think the creators were looking to make anything of substance rather than just something that will attract viewers by gathering the drama filled characters from other shows and combining into one. Pity the contestant that were actually genuine and thought the show was actually about finding a perfect match. There's a lot of ppl in the show that did not deserve the spotlight cus its just cringyyyyy. Toxic ppl justifying toxic behaviour. I watched several episode keep thinking it was gonna get to the actual aim and realised it wasnt going to and stopped and just googled the ending which was unsurprising.

Loved the ending
sajecha1 March 2023
Warning: Spoilers
I enjoyed this show especially after wasting my time watching Love Island Fiji. This cast was older more mature and I recognized a few contestants from previous shows which made it more interesting for me. My favorite person was Dom and when he matched with Georgia it was the best match ever. I'm not sure why Barstool was on this show. I already knew he was flaky, fake, was only there for the free room and board (trip/vacation), and to add another reality TV show to his IG profile.

I really disliked Chase and his conniving way. I liked Francesca even though she was all over the place. I don't think she was meant to be in a serious relationship or in a show to find their perfect match. Nick and Savannah cheated themselves in the show because they were trying to be strategic in a game where strategy doesn't really work.

Although Kariselle and Joey were matched since day one, I think they had an advantage because they knew each other from before the show and they never truly had their relationship tested like many of the other contestants.

I liked how the winning couple of each game in the show got to go on a date outside of the house. I especially liked that they also picked new people to stir the pot in the house and test other relationships.

I think that there should've been an opportunity to bring in two new people to be a couple as they did at the end but way earlier because Nick and LC didn't have a chance to get to know each other.

I liked the way the voting was done at the end by each of the previous contestants who were in the house because they lived and mingled with everyone in there, however, since Netflix was releasing the show weekly maybe the audience/viewers could've voted as well.

I also liked that the main focus of the show was not the prize but to make a connection and match with someone at the end.

Pointless, incestuous, click bait for the brain dead.
NullUnit23 February 2023
Get a group of D class reality streaming "celebrities" together so they can hook up. That's the show.

Is that the ENTIRE premise Netflix has for EVERY reality show???

Note, there are NO NEW CAST MEMBERS here. Every cast member has previously been in some other Netflix "reality" show. Netflix has just culled past cast members from the other "reality" hookup shows they've produced.

This is just 20 has-beens or wanna-bes put together AGAIN to "find love" .. for what must be the 4th or 5th televised time???

Loyalties and "I love you"s change every night.

Sweetheart.. it's not me it's YOU at this point.

Perhaps rather than recycling the SAME people you are hooking up with you should seek new avenues to meet NEW people.

One saving grace is that this gene pool will remain small and not spread too far out of the rather pathetic social group on display. If they don't "find a match" on this show, I'm sure Netflix has another show they can be on next year.

Haters going to hate good show
mavinizhon21 February 2023
I see a lot of review hating on the show obviously they're entitled to their on opinion.

If I'm being honest the show is a 8 out of 10 instead of 10/10 but I wanted to balance out the haters haha.

I feel this show is less scripted compare to some of their other Netflix show.

Because a lot of them hook up with each other outside of the show. It was hard for the them to script it completely because emotion came out.

Every time it feel the show try to script and change the coupe behind the scenes it backfired.

It makes since you mixing people from more realistic dating shows to a completely scripted reality show.

Give it season 2 or 3 and have all of stay together then do elimination like survival then this show would have been better.

What a rip off
angel_woodings2 March 2023
Warning: Spoilers
I saw the whole thing but it's actually Francesca's show, she runs the whole thing, furthermore, none of the couples are still together so no perfect match at all! Many of them change partners so quickly!! Just unbelievable! No commitment at all to even get to know one person! Just one! It's the theory of too many choices on camera! The more choices You have the harder is to choose! Plus Ines was the best and everyone seem to choose her by default! So annoying! I feel like something has to change as the majority of the challenges seem too unreal or superficial, as well, they didn't have real life problems! What about family? Money? Health? Just choosing the hottest girl or guy.,,

Shallow Reality Pulp
shaynaleiabills6 March 2023
1) Totally unoriginal. Love Island with little love and mostly ego.

2) Clearly trying to build on Netflix brand reality shows (all the singles are from other Netflix shows).

3) "Couples" are given little time or opportunity to build connection. Because of format, they are always in survival mode. Love shouldn't be chess, but it REALLY shouldn't be checkers.

Basically, this is "Netflix Reality All-Stars" or "Shallow People Hookup". Not Perfect Match.

Let's be honest...most of these shows are thin. But give me something or someone to root for. Anything that gives me hope that these beautiful people aren't manipulators and want the best for themselves and others. I think all these people should stay single. At least until they no longer have reality shows or followers. Then they might finally have a chance at finding love.

Island of misfit toys Netflix edition
danams-6117130 April 2023
Warning: Spoilers
This show is painful to watch. The premise is to take singles who have participated in other Netflix reality series and to throw them into a dating competition game that has absolutely nothing to do with anyone finding an actual compatible match. It feels so forced when contestants realize they have been talking strategy too long, back pedal and try to cover it by saying "...but yeah, I'm here to find love so...". I just can't take it seriously at all between the guys with crop tops, Francesca saying that because she's attractive she does not "have to work hard", and the majority of the cast being comprised of reality tv "villains". It does not surprise me one bit that NONE of the "perfect matches" lasted after the show.

The best reality show I've ever seen
yasminegiuliani28 February 2023
I would give this show and 8 not a 10 but I want to balance the haters of this show. Of course it's a reality and it's not for everyone but from someone that loooooves to watch reality shows on boring days I loved it. I watched all love is blind seasons (even the Japan One), all the circle seasons and too hot to handle of every country (I have a lot of boring days) and this kind of shows keep me with my eyes on the screen every time. But this one was the absolutely best reality show I've ever seen. There was a lot of drama, but as well a lot of tears, genuine people and less genuine ones. I couldn't wait every Tuesday at 9AM (in Italy) to watch it because I was so curious to know the rest. The best thing was that I knew almost everyone so I could guess if a person would fit with someone or not.

Maybe this show it might seem a little bit superficial to people who don't watch realities, but imo it was so good to watch.

Addictive trash
cavie95-112 March 2023
I will freely admit that when I start watching shows like this drivel I finish it through even though I know I shouldn't. Netflix is full of them. All these people came from other shows. Only The Mole is worthy, the rest are garbage.

90% of the contestants are from these categories: Alcoholic Bipolar Abused as a child Abused by a past partner Left at the altar in previous show they came from Addicted to being a trash tv celeb/social media celeb

The show doesn't understand what it wants to be. One the surface they are trying to create perfect matches in an unrealistic vacation fairy tale environment, but then in game rules create drama so that perfect matches are nearly impossible to create.

Most of the men on this show are awful. All of them are looking for validation or a quick piece of ass. Some freely admit they aren't looking for anything long term. So producers, why the F are you casting them???

The same goes for some of the women but more of them seem ready to commit and settle down.

Maybe cast people that aren't from previous shows and definitely not models who are superficial?

What a Rollercoaster!.
olcp-9256022 February 2023
Warning: Spoilers
I think by far (as a lover of Netflix reality shows, mostly love based) is one of the best realities that Netflix has created.

Love the drama, love the dynamics, love the cast, 10/10 totally.

About the cast, Franchesca steal the show for sure, her mind, her moves, she's very strategic and very very smart.

Happy to see Chloe again on my TV, love her personality, her spark, her energy.

Same for Nick and Franchesca.

Sad for some of one's that did not make it to till the end.

Again, by far, one of my favs shows so far on Netflix. I don't know if there is enough stars from other shows for a second season, but I will love it for sure.

Big Francesca show
gekelutter9 March 2023
Warning: Spoilers
To be honest, the majority of the show is just about people interesting in Francesca and her being interested in them. She has 2 little minions that follow what she wants. It's all focused on lots of drama and people their ego. All these people are from random other shows and have very different interests, they are not compatible in most ways. After the show ended exactly 0 people are still together. It's just for entertainment and nothing is real about it. It's fun to watch if you're bored and into drama, but apart from that I don't really recommend spending time on it. You might as well watch any other reality tv show.

They F.d up
steventot6 March 2023
Warning: Spoilers
So the show itself is full of pretentious people, obviously it is scripted all the way. They have f.d up big time in Episode 8 however, Georgia starts talking about Ines being interested in her partner, while 5min earlier Will shared he picked Dom for the date. What a stupid mistake...like she just sat there listening Will sharing he picked the date for Dom. How stupid you must be or is it scripted and they f.d up with the script!?

I say it is the second option, none of this is real and fakest people trying to find love. What a load of rubbish...Another trash can show. Do not understand what the host, Nick Lachey is actually doing here, his input is practically redundant and not required. Proper BS show...only things good about it is maybe the environments and some of the challenges might make you laugh. 2/10.

Reality TV at its finest and worst
cstruvemd11 January 2024
Warning: Spoilers
You can watch this stuff and just laugh at what is going on thinking people cant be that inane. It must be scripted. How do these people really think they are going to find someone on a vacuous show like this. Reality is none of them are really interested in anything other than another 15 (seconds) of fame. We have created generations of narcicists. It all comes to a head when you read the followup articules and realize almost none of them made it past even a week after the show. And the engagement, yeah didnt work out, surprise surprise. The only reason the Bachelor is still around is the occasional home run. This show is everything that is wrong with those under 30. Gets 3 stars (and a watch) just for pure script of how silly stuff can be.

One Of The Better Love Matching Shows
PalmBeachG15 February 2023
One of the better love matching shows IMO. Almost passed it up - was thinking - not another one, but saw that Nick Lashay was the host so thought I would give it a try. Right away I liked it as they were introducing the male cast - at first I was thinking wait, that guy looks familiar, but it was their voices that made me immediately recognize who they were. Strange thing - so I don't know why, but then immediately remembered they were some of my favorite characters from other recent shows that I watched such as The Circle, Love is Blind, The Mole, etc. What makes this show unique is that they have tests to see if they are compatible like blind kissing ratings, etc. The top matched couple gets power to bring in 2 newbies (more recognizable people) and match them strategically to break up people to win, or give someone a chance to stay and find love with someone else as the goal is to stay in the game. There are 5 bedrooms and 10 people at all times. The final best match will be selected by the couples themselves.
