- A woman is stabbed in the throat and in both shoulders, blood sprays from the wounds but it looks very unrealistic.
- A character is struck in the head with a knife and is killed, a bloody gash is briefly shown but this is very quick.
- A knife is quickly seen piercing through a man's throat before being pulled out, extremely brief and not shown for more than 0.5 seconds.
- One intestine is briefly shown being torn out of a woman's stomach with a gardening blade.
