Audrey encounters the first sleeper in his car at a stop sign, facing downhill. The car would have to be in park, or have the handbrake on to still be stationary, as the driver's foot would cease to press the brake pedal when he fell asleep. Since he is the first and only car in line, it seems unlikely he'd have used either method to stop his car.
William Brady's chart shows he was given both Coumadin and Warfarin. They are the same drug, Warfarin being the generic name for Coumadin. If he had been given both medications, he would have bled out internally. They are never used together.
When Audrey pulls her gun on Will, there's a sound of a hammer being pulled back. Glocks, however, don't have hammers, nor do they have manual safeties, so that couldn't have been the sound either.
