FLASHDRIVE is an indie thriller made and shot in New Jersey. The story is about a man whose girlfriend works as a local news reporter on television. Her latest investigation proves interesting but she rubs the wrong people up the wrong way and ends up dead as a result, so her grieving partner goes on a vendetta of revenge to solve the mystery of her death. The found footage elements at this film's outset are quickly bypassed in favour of an overly talky drama with little in the way of suspense or effort; it's just endless scenes of actors yapping on to provide exposition and as such it feels incredibly amateurish.
