Band tryouts and Cleveland Jr. is trying out. Thevand is made marching and he cannot do it. Cleveland goes to his old friend Kenny West (Kanye West). His house is massive with big televisions. Cleveland Jr. is joined by three other people who were not good enough for the school band. They decide to make their own band. Cleveland walks in on people in Kenny's house in black cloaks. He wakes up in his bed in the morning. When Cleveland is told about the group Kenny is part of a hip hop group that runs the world. When he goes into Kenny's house he is kicked out without finding out about the group. Cleveland then goes to the house as an ostrich seeing that Will.I.Am, Nicki Minaj, Bruno Mars and Questlove. They then sing to him about all the things they tell the world to do. The other four members come to Cleveland's house to get him to help kill Kenny West's career. Cleveland then is told to get the band to help him with Kenny's new hit. Kenny is told he has lost touch with the streets then using the band. Kenny then gives Cleveland his song of the year award which makes Cleveland feel bad for what he did. When Kenny goes out on stage it starts bad but then once Kenny starts the music the crowd love it. Kenny can make anything a hit.
