Iconic music videos have provided The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon with a comedic goldmine as the host has previously reimagined Lionel Richie's "Hello" and painstakingly recreated Extreme's "More Than Words." On Friday's episode, after Fallon and guest Paul Rudd casually mentioned they were in Styx together, the duo teamed up for a shot-for-shot remake of Styx's 1981 music video for "Too Much Time on My Hands."

Brandon's decision to confront Aj about stealing his baseball is just the icing on the cake in this episode of The Fosters, "More Than Words," that also includes a shake-up when Lena's family comes to town.
Also, Callie, Jude and Connor attend the prom after a last-minute invite from Cole. And while there's a lot of drama between Mariana and Mat, the episode also features a heartwarming family dinner.

Read More: Watch: Jimmy Fallon, Will Ferrell and Kevin Hart in Epic 'Tonight Show' Lip Synch Battle As has become a frequent tradition on "The Tonight Show," Jimmy Fallon challenged Lena Dunham to one of his intense and often hilarious Lip Sync Battles. Though Fallon's sync of Charlene's "I've Never Been To Me" may have been the most spot-on, there were no dull moments in either competitors' energetic performances. Dunham was certainly ready for the battle; she donned athletic clothes for the occasion and introduced us to some intense choreography, while Fallon used a mirror as a prop to enhance his singing performance. As fans of Jimmy Fallon know, the actor is no stranger to making silly parodies, having previously impersonated Tom Petty, Will Smith's Fresh Prince of Bel Air character and more. But on Monday night's The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon, the 40-year-old comedian seriously stepped up his game when he recreated the music video for Extreme's 1991 hit "More Than Words" with guest Jack Black. From the opening shot of the amplifier to Fallon and Black's wild wigs, the video is a spot-on remake of the original (and may even have you doing a double take). It also features background actors holding lighters in the air and sees Jimmy sporting stud earrings as well as...

There seems to be no end to his creativity, and Jimmy Fallon decided to kick off the week with a special “Tonight Show” rendition of “More Than Words” with his good friend Jack Black.
Mimicking Extreme’s Gary Cherone and Nuno Bettencourt, the “Saturday Night Live” alum and his “Shallow Hal” pal made a shot-for-shot reenactment of the 1991 music video, and it’s nothing short of brilliant.
And despite the fake wigs and dated outfits, Jack and Jimmy came pretty close to capturing the magic of Extreme’s monster hit, complete with black fingernails and quasi-emo expressions. Check the clip!

Jack Black and Jimmy Fallon took a hilarious trip back in time when they re-created the music video for Extreme's 1990 hit "More Than Words" on Monday's episode of The Tonight Show. The pair donned wigs and earrings in the black-and-white video, which was almost a shot-for-shot remake of the original. Jack and Jimmy gave emotional stares into the camera while background actors, who were also donning long-haired wigs, put lighters in the air. Jack channeled Gary Cherone's style, while Jimmy nailed his impression of guitarist Nuno Bettencourt. Watch the funny clip above, then check out the original music video below to see how they compare.

Jimmy Fallon's frequent musical sketches have seen the Tonight Show host impersonate Neil Young, explore the History of Rap and create such a fervor for lip sync battles that he needed to start its own spinoff. On Monday night's episode, Fallon and guest Jack Black took their shared love of music to a new extreme, literally, when the pair busted out hair metal wigs and sweet falsetto for a shot-for-shot remake of the video for Extreme's 1991 chart-topping ballad.

If you're like us and value your sleep, you probably nodded off into your Ambien dreamland before the party started on post-prime time TV. Don't worry; we've got you covered. Here's the best of what happened last night on late night.
Sadly, David Letterman is winding down his term as "Late Show" host. On Monday night, President Barack Obama stopped by on the farewell tour. They talked about their mutual retirement plans (play dominoes together?) and President Obama said he knows Dave likes Michelle more than him. (Michelle was a guest late last week.) Dave asked Potus if this was the first country in which he was president. "It is, I suspect, the first and last country that I'm president. Unlike late-night talk show hosts, I have a term limit." Ba-dum-dum. Then the president gave a beautiful little speech in Dave's honor. "We've grown up with you. The country, I think,...

Just when you think Jimmy Fallon's only fun and games, he'll turn around and do something super weird and creative. He and Jack Black had a musical flashback Monday that transported them to the shoot of Extreme's "More Than Words" video. The duo re-created the black-and-white-filmed ballad shot-for-shot: Silky harmonizing? Check. Hair flips? Check. Dude reading magazine? Check. Puppy? Check. Nail polish? Check. They are very thorough. All in all, it's quite impressive and kind of perfect (this song was actually conceived with Jack Black in mind, probably).

Jimmy Fallon has proved himself to be quite the musician over recent months, and on Monday’s episode of “The Tonight Show” he was joined by another star who loves to sing. Jack Black and Fallon pulled off a surprisingly convincing rendition of “More Than Words” as they reenacted the 1990 ballad by Extreme. Wearing very long wigs and serious, soulful expressions, Black hit the high notes as Fallon strummed on an acoustic guitar. My Winnipeg
Written by Guy Maddin, George Toles
Directed by Guy Maddin
Canada, 2007
Since its release in 2007, a good deal of the conversation surrounding Guy Maddin’s My Winnipeg has been how exactly to define the film. Is it, as Maddin himself has dubbed the picture, a “docu-fantasia,” or is that not even accurate? During an interview between Maddin and critic Robert Enright, as part of the newly released Criterion Blu-ray, the two evoke a number of references in hopes of situating the film: Werner Herzog, melodrama, Chris Marker, city symphonies of the silent era, Fellini’s I Vitelloni. Yes, it is like these, but also not quite. An essay by Wayne Koestenbaum, also included with the disc, likewise alludes to everything from Hitchcock and James Joyce to Andy Warhol’s Blow Job and Claude Lanzmann’s Shoah. So what does it say about a film that can draw such parallels,...
