In the fun house, Hickman takes the syringe out of the tube and removes the red needle cap before throwing it to the side. When he then looks over it is in the tube again with the cap over the needle. When he picks it up a second time it is out of the tube.
The Italian officer threatens to publish the files he illegally obtained from Sebastian's computer. Even if they were put online, no sanctions could be had against Sebastain since they were illegally seized and there would be no chain of custody to verify they were unaltered.
Sebastian repairs the Scangen and it reveals only one set of footprints at the crash scene. There would have been many footprints- including their own- such as the police, fire, and tow truck driver that had all been at the scene.
When Eva calls Ann-Marie's ICC phone, it is shown illuminating next to the unidentified female's body in the morgue. A phone can be easily traced and would have quickly been identified as belonging to the ICC, thereby aiding in identifying the body.
