This is another one of my favorite episodes of the show but also in general. It's also one of my favorite series finales, because it does what most fail to do which is to pay off in full. This was something we've all been waiting for with both of these characters, it's always been building up to this.
This time Domon can't use his fists to communicate, he must communicate from his own heart, express what he's held for her inside. The monologue he delivers is just beautiful, it's something you just have to hear for yourself. But it soon comes down to the very words we're waiting for him to say, sure these are words we've heard so many times before but it depends on how you say them, who to, and if you really mean it which make them all the more powerful. I remember thinking "C'mon Domon say it were with you!", I really like the way he said the words like he's just struggling a little which I feel is human and something I can emphasize with because these are special words that no one should say lightly; and then ends it by just simply saying "I Love You." Which is all anyone needs to say to the person they love.
And like in any fairy tale, his love for her is what saves her life. We see her break out of the shell she's in, which was sort of metaphor for the one she's psychologically made for herself which were composed of fear, doubt and every other negative thing. Because of Domon's love she finally has been given the strength to break away from it and do what she should do be with the one she loves.
It's just beautiful as we see both embrace as lovers, we even hear their dialog which is sweet and warm and we even see both of them fight together, which shows now both are finally one. The final minutes are beautiful as we see each of the characters go their own way with the ones they love.
Which makes this episode all the more sad as I hate to see them all go, but all of them have fought well and have won. So farewell, Argo, Sai Sachi, George, and Chibodee along with you significant others, hope wherever you go your both happy. Allenby you were always full of love as much as fire, hopefully you'll find the one you love someday. But most of all Domon and Rain I'll miss both of you the most, may the king and queen love for each other soar throughout the universe.
