Mindy wakes up after being a sleep on the coach delivering a baby in the night. Mindy gets a text from work going straight in. She finds out her boss has left and the three are in charge of the business. Mindy and the guys are told they could lose everything if they keep losing some patients. Danny and Jeremy start making decisions for the company. Once they make too many she starts to notice that they do not need her involved in decision making in the business. The opposing doctors come to the floor and Danny goes up against the brother doctors. Mindy meets with her friends on their day out and they think they are being sexiest to her. Her friends tell her that she should move because she is not as respected at her work. Danny and Jeremy have to talk to one of the clients they lost and they do not seem to be able to convince her to stay. Mindy has her day with her friends and she continues to ignore her work while put with her friends. All the clients start to go and everyone is wondering is the practice getting in a lot of trouble. Mindy's friends let her leave and go to work to help make everything better. Mindy then goes to Midwives to see what is happening. Mindy is able to make her clients come back after her big speech. Mindy is apologized to so the three decide to work together to save their practice. Mindy goes to sleep at the office and Josh comes to play with her also doing some work at the same time. OK episode with not much except for Mindy great giving the speech.
