- Jessica's new partnership with Darby is tested when he assigns Harvey a high-profile client who faces the loss of her company if Harvey can't prove her innocence.

- Open with Mike dreaming about Rachel exposing him during a firm meeting where the merger is finalized. He wakes up in a cold sweat.
Harvey looks at a contract offer for a basketball player-client. Donna walks in and tells him Darby needs an answer. He says "Send her to London."
Harvey meets with the general manager of the basketball team. He asks for significantly more money, threatening to expose a past incident to another team to drive up the price.
Jessica waits for Harvey at his apartment. He tells her he asked for triple the money but that the leverage he had was a bluff. During the conversation Harvey gets word that the team has caved to his demands.
Mike drops by Rachel's house. It's been several days and he wants to see her. She's pissed that he lied to her about everything. He tells Rachel about his nightmare and says what most worried him was losing her, not being fired. She suggests he go into the office the next day and quit.
Mike arrives at the office the following morning. He gets a cold stare from Harvey, then walks into Jessica's office. He says he has something to say, but she cuts him off. She tells him he's done plenty to help the firm and brings him to his brand new office. She wants him to view it as a symbol of what he can accomplish.
Louis is furious that his favorite pens have been taken away by the new quartermaster, someone named Barbara. The pens and his favorite Bran Bars are two things he expects from the firm.
Darby tells Jessica the US Government is going after Eva Hessington, the head of one of their biggest clients. He's decided to let Harvey handle the case, primarily because it will require some underhanded tactics. She doesn't like the idea but Darby makes it clear he is in charge. This case holds particular significance for Darby.
Jessica goes to Harvey's office and tells him about the Hessington case, but misrepresents the particulars. She says she fought Darby to get him on the case.
Rachel is upset when she discovers that not only has Mike not quit, but he has a brand new office with a false diploma mounted on the wall. She admits her biggest issue is that she's trying so hard to achieve something he's been pretending to have accomplished.
The next morning, as Mike braces to sign his letter of resignation, Harvey goes to Darby and tells him he wants out. If he wins the Hessington case, his non-compete will be torn up and he'll be dismissed. Darby agrees.
Louis accidentally gets a look at Mike's letter of resignation and wants answers. Mike says he's had a falling out with Harvey and it can't be repaired. Louis tells Mike he needs to remind Harvey how much he needs him.
Mike tricks the firm's top IT guy, Benjamin, into admitting he hacked into Mike's personal computer. He tapes the conversation and uses it as leverage to gain access to a hard drive.
Harvey is frustrated by the amount of work he has to do with regard to Eva Hessington. Donna suggests Scotty. Harvey tracks Scotty down at the airport and asks her for help working the case. She doesn't seem interested because he's the reason she's on her way to London. He convinces her that he has strong feelings for her by recalling the first few times they met.
Nigel reveals to Louis that he, in fact, is the quartermaster named Barbara. Nigel has changed firm policy so that Louis' pens and bars are not allowed.
Louis asks Donna for help with Nigel.
Harvey meets with Eva, telling her that Richard Jensen is the US Attorney going after her. It is a bribery charge, and Harvey has discovered a cover-up, including bribing whistle blower, that Richard will eventually find. Richard's job shouldn't be hard and Harvey makes it clear to her that he's willing to do what it takes to win.
Mike confronts Harvey, who is still fuming over his lack of loyalty. Mike's looked into Eva, but Harvey already has the info. Harvey claims an "associate at random" found the information.
Mike shows up at Rachel's door and demands they have it out. This results in them in bed "all night." The next morning things seem good between them.
Louis manages to get Darby to make him quartermaster
Richard Tells Harvey he needs jail time for Eva because he plans to run for office. Harvey tries everything, but Richard isn't budging.
Mike drops a folder on Harvey's desk.
Nigel comes to Louis and makes a plea for him to allow him to remain quartermaster. Louis says no, at which point Nigel drops a bomb: Because Louis is now quartermaster, it means he can no longer be in charge of the associates. Nigel has tricked him. Louis is devastated.
Donna returns Mike's folder to him. She says the only thing Harvey wanted from him was loyalty. Mike says he knows Harvey got the information on Eva from Scotty.
Mike goes to Benjamin for help with Harvey.
Donna shows Harvey the folder, which contains some key information on Richard.
Armed with the information that Richard's largest campaign contributor is Hessington's top competitor, Harvey pays Richard a visit. He's willing to torpedo his political career if Richard doesn't help him out.
Jessica tells Darby she's worried Harvey will use the case as leverage to leave. Darby says he doesn't think Harvey wants to leave.
Cameron Dennis, pays Harvey a visit. He is Harvey's old boss and a former D.A who was involved in various buried evidence charges and tried to blame Harvey for them, even though Harvey had his back and the incident was handled by Jessica blackmailing Cameron. Cameron is going to be the new special prosecutor after Richard recused himself. Cameron still has ill feelings towards Harvey.
Mike brings Jessica to his office. He had Benjamin pull from her hard drive the letter she'd written threatening to expose Mike. In exchange, he wants to be sent back to his cubicle, a move he hopes will win some favor with Harvey.
Harvey tells Darby he's changed his mind. He no longer wants to leave the firm. Instead he wants Darby to back him as managing partner if he wins the case. He's planning to take Jessica down.
