On a set, we see 24-year-old 'Walter' Liberace in a white tuxedo jacket at a what appears to be a white mini grand piano with two young women in evening dresses leaning on the piano. He introduces a song which he calls 'The Tiger Rag' and plays what sounds like a Boogie-woogie or Ragtime tune. The song is defined as Dixieland Jazz or a Jazz standard, also being described as a dance tune. The tune was first recorded by the Original Dixieland Jazz Band (ODJB) on August 17, 1917.
