The movie is abot a girl and a boy wanting to do arrange marriage despite in a love relationship. The girl just made a small wish and in order to fulfill it, boy should come forward to break the social evil which differs people by the cast they are born in.
Thus begins the simple story of Ghodi pe hoke sawar. The boy try to convince not only girl to leave her wish but also to his parents to fulfill the wish being made. The society structure is thus revealed and the class difference is being highlighted when father of boy try to approach the sarpanch who is village head. Despite allowing the permission village head try to remind boy's father of age old tradition.
