I'm not even going to waste time on a review for this sorry movie. The acting was uninspired, the lines were corny and it felt like a bunch of middle-aged people wrote the script trying to make it "hip". It was a cringe fest dialogue wise and the production was god awful. Some people were way out of tune with others in the scene and the camera work was the only even remotely decent part of the whole film. The "dance/party" scene was especially cringe, they really couldn't pay for a couple extras? They really had 6 people dancing in a room and called it a "party". Corny, cringe, bad production, unrealistic and corny plot.

The Idea of a frustrated wife dipping out on a bland unimaginative and overly controlling husband could have went somewhere.

The problems are many and they can begin with the casting of some of the actors who really sucked at trying to play the characters to which they were assigned.

As for the plot/script writers lets just say that they blew it big time on this and add the sound track with the tone deaf nasally song with lyrics that speak straight out of La Squishia's neighborhood.

The best actors besides the main female would have been the one's in the book sequences. But I did like the fact that after the couple who were spending the weekend with the assistance of the wife got the stale husband into a night of swinging, to which he blew it the next day by going off on everyone including his frustrated wife.

Now for a moment the director and writers went in the right direction with the wife branching out into the world of non-committal sex with strangers since it was her husband's refusal to spice up their love life that sent her there.

But the ending was straight cartoonish with the husband killing the wife as she was leaving him for good reasons and even more stupidity with this being an elaborate ruse set up by his sister and friends that he grew up with in order to teach him a lesson and get her hands on the inheritance.

He could have been charged with domestic abuse and assault to get the clause invoked in the will and losing his wife and contract could have done the rest.

Trying too hard to be ingenious and ended up with a can of poo.
