I think throughout the entire season that Tony, even though he was "green," has proven to be one of the best crew members! It really is a shame that Ross is good at his job, but is really a bit much with his "off duty" antics. I think Fraser was 100% correct when he told Ross that his admissions about his (Ross's) sex life were troublesome. And Ross has proven that he really doesn't have much respect for the women he flirts with/makes out with - nor does he have much respect for himself! I have to say that Haley and Rachel are my favourite crew members! Both so hardworking and funny!! And Fraser is great, but just needs a bit more backbone!
