A wedding gift from Barney arrives for the newly married couple but Barney misunderstood the size of the gift which is no where near the size that was expected. Jimmy while watching TV with Hope sees Trevor is on one of Hope's favourite TV shows. Virginia and Bert trying to get some Latino help see Ricardo once again who now must find some work after his breakup and injury. They get his help and somehow are guilt into letting him live with them. Jimmy and Sabrina get the chance to go on their honeymoon to LA with Hope so she can see the kids show. Ricardo in the house is not working for anybody but so one can speak the truth. Jimmy and Sabrina miss their flight so the whole family somehow gets involved in gong to L.A. on a road trip. After some time they all arrive in L.A. letting Ricardo out so he can make it. Jimmy and Sabrina get into their honeymoon room and after getting into some goth clothes alone they want to share their night together but once again the Chance family arrive not having anywhere else to stay. They all watch TV and see that Ricardo is a weather man on TV. While the family arrive at a tapping of the show the girl playing one of the characters is causing trouble and when Hope makes the sound the director was looking for somehow Hope makes it onto the show as the replacement. The family then talk about a two parter just as we end having to wait till next week. This episode looked weak mainly because of the other episode that night. Still some jokes worked mostly I did not like the episode because of bringing back my least favourite characters like Trevor and Ricardo who I thought were gone forever.
