Too woke for the timeline!!

This season started off great with the 1950s vibe going on,I love the fashion,)even if it's a bit too exaggerated & mature for highschool kids),the music and,the dialogue. Then the modern day wokeness started to bleed through. Just be true to the era,you won't be hung drawn & quartered if you don't include certain aspects of TODAY that obviously weren't out in the open back then. In fact,it's just in the last decade or so that they fully blown in movies but moreso on our TV screens. What's the point of going back to a time in history when it's just crawling with modern day stuff? I lost interest.

I'm really enjoying this season so far my heart truly goes to Cheryl I really hate the fact that her storyline is so relatable, Madelaine Petch is really acting her a$$ off this season. But what I loved the most about this episode is how respectful Toni was towards Cheryl about her sexually because she knows that Cheryl needs to figure everything it out by herself. I hope that the writers get to develop their relationship slowly but still allow us to get see cute little moments between the two. And not rush it like the did in season 2 but I also hope that we get to see more of CHONI they deserve move screen to develop their relationship.
