A good pay off

Warning: Spoilers
This episode has had people excited for some time now and you can't blame anyone who's a fan of Matt Bennett, Nathan Kress OR Liz Gillies. This is one of the few Sam & Cat episodes where we don't see them babysitting. The episode starts off though with Sam wanting to make the perfect sauce. I love how when Cat tells her she's making a lot of noise while she's doing her homework, Sam turns it around on her, making her seem like the noisy one (which I guess is true anyway). She and Dice are supposed to be somewhere while Cat is supposed to do a project with a friend. That friend is Victorious's Jade West. But Cat doesn't want her and Sam to ever meet as they're very similar and she thinks they'll kill each other. The plan is a dud and Jade's surprise from behind scares her unconscious. I love how when Jade first appears, she sees Dice and asks "What are you?" I also love how after the opening credits they cut to her still passed out and now alone in the apartment and where she fell. She wakes up and finds that Sam and Jade are friends now and get along really well and they all go with Dice to a place where he gets his prized killer tuna (obviously they don't exist but forget it) and Sam gets the idea for Dice to make money by having people perform stunts over the pool. Sam and Jade hang out more and are getting closer as friends and Cat gets really jealous. She then later gets the idea at Bots from her Nona to make Sam jealous by getting one of her friends. Also at Bots, I love how Sam starts confusing one of the robots and then Jade joins in and does the same and they destroy it/shut it down. So later on, when Sam's not looking, Cat gets ahold of Sam's phone and tries to call someone on Sam's contact list who is from Seattle. In comes Freddie Benson from iCarly, the underrated part of the iCarly webshow team. Mrs. Benson also makes a return and we remember a little of what iCarly was like from watching these two. Freddie finds out Sam's been run over and drops everything and goes to LA to see her. I love how Cat just stops drinking and drops it happily to go get the door for Freddie in the next scene. Cat starts flirting with Freddie and Freddie is really taking this well. Cat even wins him over with some Spanish, a real deal breaker. Sam discovers Freddie and again we remember a little of iCarly through watching Sam interact with Freddie and getting mad at him for coming and not telling her. With the help of Jade, Sam gets Robbie Shapiro over and sings to her the song he wrote for Cat. Everyone minus Jade is altogether and watches as Sam & Cat's friendship seems to get to the point of breaking as Sam kisses Robbie, adds a funny comment and takes the place of a daredevil who was supposed to do a stunt over the killer tuna fish pool. Later Cat shows she still cares for Sam and makes her not ride over the pool by taking her place instead after sealing her in the closet. Everyone gets together and watches the event go down but Sam gets there in time to stop Cat from doing it, but not before Cat ends up crashing into the place where the event is being filmed above - that knocks Freddie and Robbie into the pool. Sam goes to save Freddie and Cat tries to save Robbie but sadly can't think before she leaps. Cut to later and surprisingly Robbie has less serious injuries than Freddie. Sam decides to ask Freddie to dinner when he gets out of the hospital and did I also mention in this episode they both confess to others that they love each other? And in Victorious we always knew Robbie liked Cat and now it's been revealed by Jade that Cat obviously feels the same. So Cat also makes a date with Robbie. The episode ends with Freddie being forced to hear Robbie sing I Think You're Swell to him and calling for emergency. So to sum it up, it's a really good episode. Great acting, ton of funny scenes from everyone of the actors. I'd say the hype paid off. Cat and Robbie do like each other, as do Sam and Freddie, if we're talking about shipping. Aside from that, it was a good comedic hour that I felt was getting better by the minute and I was actually shocked to see the credits about to roll when we got to it. A GREAT episode, one of my favorites.
