We watched this documentary in a theater last night and we were amazed, stunned, emotionally touched, sad, and we hope that it will share the untold story of the Dutch Indonesian people who suffered during the Japanese occupation of Indonesia as well as the additional atrocities that were done by the Indonesians against the Indos. The world must know this part of history not found in any history book. This documentary was excellent! We have watched the other documentaries done by this producer, Hetty Naaijkens, a trilogy- The Eye of the Day (2001), Shape of the Moon (2004), and Position Among the Stars (2010)which won the Special jury Award at the Sundance festival in 2011.
