Son Sam leaves his father Tim alone for the day with instructions on how do the laundry... but those instructions contained words which sounded like "The Dark Knight". An increasingly-fearful Tim starts to catch glimpses of a tall man who vanishes when Tim turns to look at him. Then we see the man and get the joke: it's Kevin Conroy, who voiced Batman in the eponymous animated TV show... and Tim voiced Superman in that character's eponymous animated TV show. The verbal battle between the two men - now completely in character - escalates into a physical battle which is a spoof of the climactic battle scene of the two superheroes in the graphic novel THE DARK KNIGHT RETURNS. It's a meta-feast for superhero fans!
