Max is nervous when his girlfriend auditions for the romantic lead in the school play opposite a cute boy, so he convinces Phoebe to audition for the same role.
Allison is concerned about Max's pranks and threatens to break up with him if he doesn't stop. Meanwhile, Phoebe and the rest of the family try to be nice and neighborly to Mrs. Wong who in return uses them to service her guests.
