Warning: Spoilers
Ramsey, the sketchy CFD officer turned city treasurer (who Ritter caught having an affair during a call a few episodes back) returns this episode, cunning and smooth as ever, when a call exposes Carver and others to something toxic, and Boden decides to investigate and try to bring Ramsey down.

Gallo's aunt is on the road to recovery at Chicago Med, and Dr Charles (Oliver Platt) from Chicago Med makes a brief cameo. I think that's only the second Med character appearance of the season after Dr Halstead a episode or two ago. We need more cameos and a return to those awesome Med-Fire-PD epic crossovers. Throw in SVU whilst we're at it, I reckon.

The funny storyline this episode is Brett agreeing - reluctantly - to step into Dylan's shoes and perform his magic show routine whilst he's away in Vegas. Bot getting anywhere with the sleight of hand, Brett recruits Mouch to assist. Fantastic stuff.

I just don't get it. Is Brett just a floozie, is she flighty or what is her problem ? From the beginning she is a bit here a bit there, and for absolute ages also mooning over Casey. It takes her forever to finally commit to Casey, with many coy sidetracks, and then the next moment, she moves on to some other dude with great ease. Very peculiar behaviour.

Either Casey is the one or he isn't.

Why is it so difficult ?

Also - dear writers, can we please have some more real action, instead of all this frankly nauseating middle school behaviour from just about every character.

They are supposed to be adults.
