The Cassidy family face a deadly siege from The McDonnells, Elliot and Helen escape, and have lots of questions. Fergal overhears some life changing news, and wants to set the record straight with Elliot.
Isn't really saying a lot, but this was the most serious episode to date, less cartoonish, less of the over the top revelations, more action and more grit.
I think at this stage we've got most of the pieces of the puzzle, we now know who's who, and who's what, we still don't know which side of the family is telling the truth though.
Of course there are some big and dramatic scenes, the arrack in the house was outrageous, anyone would think Ireland was like The Wild, Wild West.
The relationship between Elliot and Fergal has become so interesting, it's such a bizarre dynamic, is he trying to get him killed, or does he just not care?
Very good.
7/10.
