- One creature's head and torso is phallic shaped. Some demons also have sexual characteristics in their descriptions, one of which is visiting people who are sleeping and having sex with them. This text is nothing new, and was the first reason the game garnered a restricted rating.
Violence & Gore

- Players engage in battle against human and non-human enemies; battles are accompanied by impact sounds, gunfire, and cries of pain. Cutscenes also include violent images, including a creature's arm being dismembered and crushed, characters being shot in graphic detail (some of these are done to summon their Personas), and bloodstains on the ground.
Profanity

- F**k and sh*t are used in the game.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- Allusions to usage of "persona suppressing" drugs, not very common.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Anyone that has played any of the Final Fantasy games or any JRPG's for that matter should have no problem with this game.
- While the game is rated M the content itself doesn't go any further than what's shown in a PG-13 rated movie.
