The Tomb of Terrors presents Redneck County Fever, more non-horror filler. The girl on the cover looks like Michelle Bauer though she is not in the movie. It's a Bill & Ted or Wayne and Garth type comedy adventure in a small rural town. The two dudes here are named Fred and Lowry! The actor named Fred can at least be commended for maintaining the Bill/Ted/Wayne/Garth voice for the entire movie. I'm not sure which one he is supposed to be as I never really bothered with those movies. In just a little over an hours runtime their car breaks down, they unknowingly run drugs, get tied up by a backwoods cannibal (the closest thing to horror here) and team up with the cop they assaulted with a face-full of cocaine to bag the drug dealer. He is subdued by a baseball. The Fred character is amusing in small doses though can get pretty irritating, there's some okay comedic bits like the dudes getting ripped off by a preacher. Despite the lack of horror and production values this is still more tolerable than some of the films in the Tomb of Terrors box set.
