New emerging economy destroying Indian values and social systems
archipardeep11 July 2014
Our young generation always see the benefits of Globalization and Super market culture & justify this new culture by things like efficiency and time saving. But this movie would give you a new perspective about what and how this invasion into our culture and economy would destroy our traditional values, culture and economy. An NRI couple come to visit their home town Bangluru after a long time of 10-15 years. Amazed by the change in the city, this NRI lady struggle to find a man Shetty, who had a shop" Bharath Stores" quite famous in its own glorious days, to pay her father's loan taken from Mr.Shetty years ago. In pursuit of search, she come to know about his shop's decline due to Super Bazaar & FDI in Indian economy. Mr. Shetty can only be found by her later, to give the money she is carrying. It's a cinema which force us to think. A good Indian cinema.
