Because the film could not be edited (until the YouTube release) and had to be shot in real-time, composer Eric Soyke was placed in the back of the room with his electronic keyboard during scenes with music or sound effects and would play the score & sound effects live in the scene. The pieces of recorded music used were played through a Sony Walkman beside the camcorder, with a headset draped over the camera's microphone.
