It's a parade in Macedonia, full of men and women in the colorful costumes of the periods: loose, white tops and bottoms, embroidered jackets and fezzes. The floats makes it look a good deal like the Rose Bowl Parade, allowing for the difference between Pasadena and the Balkans.
The bit of research I do to clear up puzzlement indicate the 'the Hurriyet' this parade celebrates is Turkish for 'Liberty'.... also the name of the largest-circulation newspaper in Turkey, which was founded in 1948, and so has nothing directly to do with this Parade. I am pretty sure that the liberty was when the area was taken from the Turks and given to Serbia and Greece. This may be your idea of liberty. Or perhaps not.
