Adebayo knocks down an early 3, which isn't part of his usual skill set. A good block by Davis, refs bail out LeBron in transition though. Adebayo blocks Davis on a post up and it's all tied at the quarter break. Gotta be frustrating playing the Lakers, with all the cheap foul calls they get. Herro literally even gets out of the way of LeBron going to the basket in transition, hardly Heat culture... Reaves with consecutive nifty plays to end the half, including an athletic put-back slam, putting the Lakers up 3. Davis with an injury concern. Miami picks up their defense and goes on a 10-0 run in the 3rd. Robinson really effective on cuts in this game, the Heat up 11 going into the 4th. LeBron still playing like a steam train though and unlike Herro giving up, LeBron runs down Herro for the transition block. He goes to work down the stretch bringing the Lakers back, but his teammates miss two open 3's and Miami holds on to win by a point. The Lakers shot lights out from the field, Miami marginally better from 3. Both teams turned it over a fair bit, the Heat +6 on the boards. Adebayo with a 22-point triple-double, 10 assists, 20 boards, 5 offensive, 2 steals and 2 blocks. Butler an efficient 28 points, 6 assists and 2 steals. For the Lakers, Reaves an efficient 23 points, 9 assists and 10 boards. LeBron 30 points and 3 blocks, but 5 turnovers.
