Moving and Deep
williamgreen19653 July 2013
This is a moving documentary. I saw it at the New York University on a special screening and I was deeply moved. The socio-political analysis of the Bolivian situation is very deep. No details has been left out. The film was shot between the Andes and the Amazon forest, some of the images are striking. The documentary was informative yet very human with an amazing portrait of Antonio Berta a larger than life figure who spent his life saving children. Particular attention was given to the rising of Evo Morales who eventually was elected President of Bolivia. This is film is highly recommended for anybody that wishes to have a better sense of modern Bolivia but also because when it comes to Antonio Berta it is a truly inspirational human story.
