Rarely seen, this was released in Germany, and straight-to-video, the majority of this footage is recycled footage from Anton LaVey's Death Scenes (which itself was retitled as Death Scenes 3, for DVD) None of the footage present here should come as a surprise to the few people who have watched that thing. Stock footage of Hitler during WWII is present and accounted for; Marilyn Monroe stock footage too; the Black Dahlia puts in a brief cameo appearance; as does James Dean; and Anton LaVey himself, but with a different narrator dubbed in. This new narrator is unidentified.
Grotesque still-photographs of the victims of crime, some apparent gunshot wounds, casualties of war, among others. Particularly grisly sight of soldier caught under a tank. We see the exact same firing squad footage twice in this programme!
But without a theme running through this random assemblage of footage, it becomes yet another terrible, in-name-only ripoff of Faces Of Death, rather than another sequel, not worthy of even being mentioned in the same breath.
