After being shot, Johnny is seen laying almost evenly across from the white truck. A few moments later, an above shot shows Johnny laying perpendicular with the truck behind his head.
When the display cabinet is shown in the ranger station, a small poster misspells the word "among" as "amoung".
The wood splitter is mounted on a single axle trailer and the trailer's tires have chains. Chains are only effective when they are put onto a wheel that is connected to the engine. Trailers, by definition, do not have these.
Nearly every scene involves a rental cabin or Forest Ranger lodge / museum, and implies some kind of major roadway with extremely accessible driveways right up to the cabins, but a lot of the film seems to look very remote, such as POV tracking of either the villain hiking endlessly through woods or fields, or a young person being pursued and getting lost in the woods. More than likely, all these places would be much more closely situated to each other, and even in darkness the clear driveways and road would easy to find, for use as a guide.
After shooting Johnny, the ranger has Colt throw a pile of chains at Johnny's feet. The chains make absolutely no sound.
