The Moving Finger Draws

In another of the "Newman Laugh-o-grams", the artist's hand is seen drawing a one-panel cartoon illustrating the title.

It's a rather lushly detailed cartoon by the time it is complete, typical of the sort of one-panel cartoon that might appear in a newspaper. While showing technical proficiency, this cartoon is interesting primarily because it is such an early work by Walt Disney.

Warning: Spoilers
After having enjoyed Walt Disney's first laugh-o-gram,I was happy to find that a fellow IMDber had shared a video of Disney's second o- gram, which led to me getting ready to pay a second visit to Kanas City.

The plot:

Walt Disney draws a picture of a women's underwear store front.

View on the film:

Originally expecting the drawing to be rather reserved ,I was surprised to find that instead of given the cloths a wholesome image,Disney had instead gone for a more lacy look, which leads to this laugh-o-gram being worth 5 minutes (or in this case,1 minute!) of anyone's time.
