Warning: Spoilers
Gopal Divan, who I think is a British-Indian actor, plays James Sawyer in Human Innovation. It's not often you get characters with British accents in Law and Order, although of course you get a few British actors playing the lead Americans such as Hugh Dancy (married to American Claire Danes) as the Senior Assistant District Attorney Nolan Price. Anyway, this episode is very AI focused, and this episode raises implications for the use of AI and how it could potentially frame people and all and also put actors out of work, so I wonder if Human Innovation was really all about that and all init right.

Warning: Spoilers
This episode felt like it was the writers getting revenge for the writer's strike by tackling the subject of AI, but this is something we are all going to have to deal with sooner or later. Perhaps my biggest concern was how quick Jack McCoy was to admit the video into evidence. Whether it was fake or not should matter, and he has always been about justice, not just the verdict you want. If there was a chance the video was fake he would not use it.

It was an intriguing case and I am glad they did not go the evil AI robot being behind the murder like I thought they might go with how things started.
