Yes, Pure Taboo provides a double dose of misogynistic messages in this DVD. In the title scene, Charles Dera is overbearing, and faced with a non-acting performance by co-star Khloe Kingsley, takes charge and dominates, in a bad way, this lousy Pure Taboo vignette. If I were advising him, I'd stress leaving this off his resume.
Khloe is pretty in a kiddie porn sort of way (but of course, she has the papers to prove she's legal) but her line readings are way beyond bad.
Minimal story has her getting all dolled up in fancy dress to go to a party, then putting on a sort of trenchcoat, when stepdad Dera stops her in her tracks and is rather nasty in forbidding her going out "dressed like that". It's as corny as any 1950s old-fashioned generation gap movie.
Dera lays down the law -she's grounded. But he recites the segment's title and it boils down to this: if she'll f*ck him then and there, he'll grant her freedom to do whatever she wants thereafter. Khloe briefly resists and then gives in, for well over half an hour of gonzo sex. Leading to a non-ending. We're left with Dera having his way with his stepdaughter and poor Khloe facing an uncertain future. Misogyny wins out in a distasteful way.
In "No Good Deed...", star Alexis Tae is the bad guy. Though the script by Penicio Del Toro has a stepfather (Seth Gamble) and stepdaughter (Kimmy Kimm), there's no taboo action.
Instead, Kimmy is the Good Samaritan who talks her stepdad into taking in her schoolmate Tae after the girl's parents throw her out following a car accident that she caused. Soon Kimmy catches horny stepdad humping her friend and she's justifiably annoyed, especially because she's jealous of now being a neglected daughter stuck with Tae in the house. Making matters worse, Tae is a real creep, insisting on borrowing Seth's car and driving it even though she proudly announces she doesn't even have a driver's license.
