There have been a few air fryer TV shows on Channel 4 and Channel 5 recently, but this was the best by far. Alexis Conran is a great presenter and the air fryer expert and cookbook author Clare Andrews was very informative. I particularly enjoyed that she set a family the challenge to cook her recipes in different air fryers. They showed that there is more to air fryers than just chips by baking cakes and cooking a prawn stir fry. I also liked the contributions from celebrities Rustie Lee, Owain Wyn Evans and Jon Bentley. I hope to see more air fryer shows like this where we can see proper recipes cooked in the air fryer.
