A non-dilutable share means whatever happens, in whatever future rounds of financing, a person stake or percentage of ownership never drops past the agreed-upon allocation, when new investors are brought on board. Another term is called a ratchet because it really hurts the start-up founders. Lori counters that it does not hurt if they see the value in a Shark.
