We were overdue for a "this one hits close to home" episode for one of the characters, and finally got it with Vince, but the story was a little weak.
We don't often see recently released people from prison go and commit crimes again, which they often do, but it is smart for a TV show to highlight it. The case and story was kind of weak though and they went out of their way to try and create this racial divide that was not there.
The writing for this episode just felt off and that has usually not been the case for this show. Underwhelming, but still entertaining enough in my book for Allegiance.
