A futuristic film set in Paris...
kaltrina-hajrizi15 March 2016
2020. A beautiful couple,a city over-saturated by holograms and digital stream. A Polaroid camera. Tomorrow will never be the same. Lost Memories is a French short film directed by Francois Ferracci. In a world dominated by augmented reality and digitized communication, a man and a woman are pulled apart by their differing opinions on what's worth doing, being, living for. Lost Memories is quite interesting, thought-provoking even. Technology blinds people in this world. It is a distraction, it is an escape, and so it does the very same thing to us as it does to our characters. You just have to see it for yourself because …it's definitely worth seeing. Also The Sequel Lost Memories 2.0 has been released.

Excellent Commentary

In just three minutes, the filmmaker shows us how jaded we have become. We can't let go of technology for a few seconds to relate to one another. This is so sad. When the pretty girl takes out her Polaroid camera while her boyfriend uses every trick in the books to capture Paris, it is gut wrenching.
