I honestly don't know why this episode is rated so low here on IMDb.
Personally, I think it was very interesting and funny to watch, as it shows the personality Skips used to have when he was younger. The interaction of Skips with his past self was done in a very entertaining manner, resembling the relationship of a father with his rebellious teen son.
It was also funny to see a brief cameo of the teen versions of Mordecai and Rigby from high school, not to mention the second major appearance of Techmo in the series.
Definitely worth-watching.
