Superb visuals, great music.
Sleepin_Dragon25 October 2018
It opens up with a visually stunning scene, the landscape, filming, atmosphere are all incredible. The story is good, without being a classic, and it has a different feel to it, not just because of the rugged Scottish setting, but the seedy nightclub setting. It's well acted, I particularly liked Martin Compston in it, a role to the one he'd soon find huge success with in Line of Duty.

I'm intrigued, but not gripped, the visuals, and great choice of music make it very watchable. 7/10

Scotland Portrayed as a Tough Place
Hitchcoc26 April 2019
Jack and Nikki head to Scotland to assist a man who doesn't trust the local pathologists. A woman has been found murdered after being raped and tortured. This leads to a confrontation with a kind of dangerous, gun toting guy, who resents their presence. As time goes by, we are introduced to a bar where there is pole dancing and where other women have been compromised. This woodsy part of Scotland is portrayed as purely unfriendly and dangerous, to say the least. But the two carry on under duress. A classic narrative hook is used at the end and makes it a bit cheap.
