- Quotes
Crowley: Your brother, bless his soul, is summoning me as I speak. Make a deal, bring you back. It's exactly about what I was talking about, isn't it? It's all become so... expected. You have to believe me. When I suggested you can take on the mark of Cain, I didn't know this was going to happen. Not really. I mean, I might not have told you the entire truth. But I never lied. I never lied, Dean. That's important. It's fundamental. But... there is one story about Cain that I might have... forgotten to tell you. Apparently, he, too, was willing to accept death, rather than becoming the killer the mark wanted him to be. So he took his own with the blade. He died. Except, as rumor has it, the mark never quite let go. You can understand why I never spoke of this. Why set hearts aflutter of mere speculation? It wasn't until you summoned me... no, it wasn't truly until you left that cheeseburger uneaten... that I began to let myself believe. Maybe miracles do come true. Listen to me, Dean Winchester. What you're feeling right now - it's not death. It's life - a new kind of life. Open your eyes, Dean. See what I see. Feel what I feel. And let's go take a howl at that moon.

I admit that not all episodes in Season 9 were upto the mark (Bloodlines specifically), still this series has astonished me and so many other people again and again for almost a decade now, and that is due to episodes like these. "Do You Believe in Miracles" make us believe in Supernatural for what it is.
I don't even need to say anything about acting. These guys have been so deep into the characters for 9 years that they exactly know how the characters will react. Jensen Ackles as usual is amazing in this episode. He is the "Dean" we all know and love . Jared Padalecki finally showed us a moment of compassion and caring for his brother which we all have been looking forward to this season. Misha Collins is apt in his role. Mark Sheppard always amuses me as Crowley. This guy, i can never figure him out. He is evil or good, god knows whats going in his demonic head. Curtis Armstrong as Metatron is mind-blowing. This guy fits so perfectly into the profile. He gives a life to his character.
Season 9 finale of Supernatural will leave you puzzled, shocked and excited for the upcoming story. Without spoiling anything i would definitely give this finale a 10/10 and count it among one of the best season finales of Supernatural.
Looking forward to Season 10 so badly now.
