A nicely interconnected episode with all the plot lines interacting nicely:It's Winston's attempt to win Marilyn over and Bianca's concerns about being a Braxton that motivate Kyle, while John and Jett cross paths with Bianca, April and Dexter.Winston's storyline is poignant to a point but the character is played a bit too cartoony at times to really take his last chance of happiness ethos seriously. And it's a shame that John and Jett are back to being intrusive.
It's also a shame that Tamara's back to acting like a proto-girlfriend with Casey after a few cross words with Kyle. After a good start with her reaction to Jett's faux pas and telling Ricky to take a running jump, April is at her worst here in the way she's once again trying to force them back together.Peta's reaction to her and Dexter doing not a lot is a bit over the top though.
Meanwhile, Bianca is forced to consider the fact she's married and hasn't changed her name. It's something that's gone without saying in every marriage for nearly three years so it's about time it's addressed.
