Such a sweet story.
Murderer with a heart of gold. The only man able to smoke in public anywhere in L.A county with no repercussions. They wanted him to be bad like Clint Eastwood but fail miserably with a thin script and a complete failure to involve the audience. There is zero action for all the tough talk and buildup as well as no building to a climax. It remains the same blase story throughout, promising some big finale and never delivering.

Impressive debut feature for Erich Kemp, Cast and Crew
vicolam9 December 2016
Great work by Director Erich Kemp along with all his cast and crew on this low budget pleaser.
It's a slow burn deal that gains momentum as the film unfolds... working its way into a fully satisfying climax with a twist ending.
And you're cheering for Kurt non-stop through the "job" he has to do... and while I won't spoil the ending for you... it's both unexpected and cathartic.
Tech credits are noteworthy.
Score is moving without being heavy handed.
And the cast has come to play some major league ball.
10/10.
