This Episode begins with Arizona and Leah, they slept together last night. Meredith is preparing a halloween party at Alex his house, because she hasn't neighbours where she lives. Owen and Emma are not longer a thing, it just didn't work. Leah gets bitten by a patient that just came into the hospital. Victor gets a stroke, he needs surgery. Taryn fell down, Alex is taking care of her. Richard has to get surgery, he has a pseudocyst. Ben tells Bailey that he stopped with the resident program. Meredith celebrates Halloween with Callie, Alex, Arizona, Derek and the kids. Cristina and Shane drink something together at Joe's. Solid Episode of Grey's Anatomy Season 10, this was a Halloween kind of Episode. But it isn't helping the level of this Season!

Seriously... Brazil is dirty and dangerous now?

This episode is super silly and a bit kitschy. But I was enjoying it and even laughed a couple times. Until... Brazil is depicted as some dirty third-world country where kids shouldn't go to because they'll get super sick? No explanation, just "I shouldn't have taken her to Brazil..." seriously, Grey's? Seriously?
