Just as Liz is about to adopt a baby, Red sends her to investigate an adoption agency. They try to question one of the agency's people but the man runs and dies. They check the DNA of the children who were adopted. They learn that several women gave birth to the children who are also missing. They find one of the missing women dead and learn that she was kept in medically induced coma and gave birth to several children. Red continues his search for the traitor and he gets the one he suspects to help him.
