Tommy Trinder is going to appear for the National Savings Group, so he asks chorine Carole Lynne to go with him. Luckily, she's the local group's secretary. Imagine if he had asked a different chorine, like Joan Greenwood or Hy Hazell!

There are three songs, and the sequence in the first one looks like it borrows liberally from early Busby Berkeley musical numbers. Trinder was starring in the West End when this went into production, and the people at Ealing didn't look very far to settle on him. It's not much of a piece, but it has the grace to make its point quickly amidst a lot of entertainment.
