The older I get, the more I wonder: Does Chuck Lorre hate women? Or is he just someone who had his share of experiences with them?
Pretty much all the women on Two and a half men with the possible exception of Melissa are awful, horrible women. They cheat on Charlie/Alan, they have double standards, they are demanding and insincere.
This episode is another good example of that. To me, the worst of them all is Lyndsey! She dumped Alan half a dozen time, cheated on him probably even more, never seems sincere and seems to be nothing but an opportunist. Here she goes again, having a bf of her own and already using Alan just for her "fun", she shows up and gets jealous of Alan's cute date. Then, she pukes, since she's an alcoholic who can't handle her alcohol. If we see her as a real life person, who is she? A woman who seemingly never worked in her life, has some pointless MBA from a community college, got married, has a house and alimony as a result, has a kid who she never seems to look after anymore and doesn't seem to work now, but abuses alcohol and drugs. What exactly makes her "too good" for Alan? Except for her, he never cheated on his partners (sort of with Kandi, but that was platonic) and even though they turned him into a joke, I feel he is still too good for the awful, awful person Lyndsey is. It makes season 11 unwatchable, especially knowing how it all ends (basically with her, ruining a potential happy ending for Alan's character on the show).
