In some shots, Jocelyn's hair will go from straight, to curly, and back to straight.
When the zombies are chasing the characters up the hill in the forest, some of the shots have blood on the zombies mouths, while in other shots the blood is gone.
The length of Matts hair will slightly change during the film.
Because the film was primarily shot with natural lighting, some shots are bright with sun spots shining through the trees while others have balanced light.
In some shots you can see blue tape at the bottom of Jocelyns shoes. Towards the end of filming, Gabriella Harry's shoes started falling apart. To remedy this, they taped them together.
The four zombies featured in the chase scene are seen eating bloody intestines, but there is no body.
When the characters find the tree stand covered in blood, they see nothing is inside of it except for a baseball bat. They also find a group of zombies eating bloody intestines on the ground. Originally these scenes were supposed to be linked. The filmmakers were going to make a short film about an injured man escaping the zombies in the forest and hiding in the tree house, followed by him getting attacked and eaten. Due to budget issues, the short film was never made, but the scene in the film remained the same.
